National Weather Service in the Twin Cities has issued a winter storm warning for heavy snow and blowing snow\r<br>\r<br>\r<br>\r<br>Parts Of Minn., Wis. Could See 8-10 Inches Of Snow\r<br>\r<br>\r<br>Residents across parts of Minnesota and Wisconsin are bracing for a snowstorm that could dump as much as 10 inches of snow in some areas.\r<br>\r<br>The National Weather Service says a storm front was moving east from the Dakotas late Saturday.
