Unsafe scaffolding closes busy street in central Newcastle

Footage has emerged of closed-off Newgate Street in central Newcastle-upon-Tyne, UK on Wednesday. <br /><br />The video shows the scaffolding on the verge of collapsing which, reportedly, could cause the road to be closed for up to 24 hours.
