Dumbbell Romanian Deadlift<br />3 sets x 12 reps</p><p>3B. Dumbbell Reverse Lunge<br />3 sets x 8 reps on each side</p><p>4. Ball Leg Curls w/ Band<br />3 sets x 15 reps</p><p>5A.
