Footage has emerged of a car partially submerged in the River Colne in Colchester, UK.<br /><br />The footage, shot on Wednesday, shows police vehicles and officers on the bank next to the immersed car.<br /><br />According to reports, the body of a 52-year-old man from Maldon, Essex was found in the vehicle after it was towed out of the river. <br /><br />The death is not believed to be suspicious.
