Simply complete it and you will be rewarded with the next shell harmonic. <br /><br />❱ STEP 3 PLASMA CONFINEMENT CONTROL MODULE 1-3 (01:39) Now you have to go to Earth, Moon and Mars to complete Warsat Public Events. One on each Planet.
