Lauki(bottle gourd) peeled, blanched and grated 1 small <br />Besan (gram flour) ½ cup <br />Nachni flour (ragi flour) 2 tbsp <br />Soya bean flour 2 tbsp <br />Green Chilli chopped 3 no <br />Ginger and garlic paste 1tbsp <br />Salt to taste <br />Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp <br />Coriander powder 1 tsp <br />Hing ½ tsp <br />Soda 1/2 tsp <br />Oil 1 tbsp <br />Spring onion chopped 2 tbsp <br />Dahi 2 tbsp <br />Chopped coriander 1 /2 tbsp <br />Oil 1tbsp <br />Mustard seeds 1 tsp <br />Cumin seeds ½ tsp <br />Curry leaves 8-10 nos <br /> <br />Method <br />.In a bowl add besan, soya flour, nachni flour, turmeric powder, chopped green chilli , ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, curd , soda, coriander leaves , spring onion chopped and mix together <br />•Grease a tray with little oil and place the mixture in it and spread evenly <br />•Now heat the steamer and steam the mixture for 5-10 mints or until cooked <br />•Now cut it into desire shape . <br />•For tempering: - Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves sauté for ½ mint. <br />•Pour the tempering on the wadi and serve hot.
