India: High court rules Islamic verbal divorce unconstitutional

A High Court in India has ruled the practice of Muslim men verbally divorcing their wives by simply saying 'divorce' three times being unconstitutional.<br /><br />Allahabad high court said that the practice will no longer be valid.
