It was reported a few days ago that Ranbir Kapoor popped the question to his ladylove Katrina Kaif on her birthday and also presented her with a ring however, Kat recently refuted the rumours.<br /> <br />At the trailer launch of her upcoming film Phantom, Kat clarified, "I am not engaged to Ranbir, so no plans to marry him anytime soon."<br /> <br />Ranbir and Kaif are presently living-in together in Mumbai.
