Interesting footage has emerged from China of workers harvesting ice and beginning construction work on some kind of ice palace which will house sculptures during an annual winter festival. <br /><br />The video, filmed in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province last Tuesday, shows construction workers cutting large ice building blocks out of the frozen Songhua River. <br /><br />It will reportedly take them 15 days to complete the structure and exhibition, before Ice-Snow World opens to the public.
