In 1967 Theater Equipment Manufacturer Janson Industries of Canton, Ohio built WJAN-TV 17, licensed to Canton but located in Louisville, Ohio. WJAN was Independent and The Jansons ran the station cheaply, especially in its early years, with old, b@w movies and mostly obscure (by 1967 standards) TV reruns..Local shows were low budget as well. A lot of time was filled in by Public Domain Product. <br /> <br />Here is what probably would have aired near Christmas in about 1971 or72. I am pretty sure I saw most, if not all these programs on WJAN in that era.
