Putin, Abe fail to find resolution for islands dispute

The leaders of Japan and Russia have concluded a two-day summit with no resolution to a long standing territorial dispute.<br /><br />Russian President Vladimir Putin was visiting Japan for the first time in 11 years.<br /><br />
