Heartwarming footage has emerged from the US of a baby hearing his parents for the first time.<br /><br />The video, shot on December in Oklahoma, shows three-month-old Archer who was born with hearing impairment, adorably giggling when he hears his parents voices using hearing aids. <br /><br />''Whenever Archer was only 3 weeks old we found out he had permanent moderate-severe hearing loss in both ears,'' his father later wrote online.<br /><br />''After almost 2 months of waiting we were able to get him fitted with hearing aids that helped correct his hearing impairment,'' he added.
