An explosion at a fireworks market outside Mexico City has killed at least 27 people and injured around 70 more according to police. <br /><br /> Amateur video showed a flurry of fireworks exploding in all directions and smoke billowing from fires.<br /><br /> The blast hit the San Pablito market in Tultepec, which lies about 32 km from the Mexican capital.<br /><br /> As rescue workers secured the site, the head of Tultepec’s emergency services said the death toll was preliminary.<br /><br /> It’s not yet known what caused the fireworks to ignite.<br /><br /> It is the second time a blast has struck the popular market.
