At least 29 people have died and 72 were injured in Tuesday's explosion at a fireworks market in Tultepec, Mexico. The explosion, which is not being linked to terrorism, happened at the open-air San Pablito Market in the city of Tultepec. Federal police in Mexico said on Twitter that they were working with other authorities to help the injured.
