Changing the PM won't change anything for Congress: Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi, BJP

BJP leader Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi said that even if Manmohan Singh resigns and Rahul Gandhi is made PM it won't change the fortunes of the Congress party.
