<br /> <p>David Freiheit recently traveled all the way from Montreal to San Diego and back for the “perfect” salted fish—or so he thought.</p><p>However, judging by the reaction of David’s family to the finished product, especially that of the family’s dog, there won’t be a repeat of this in the near future.</p><br /><p>As explained by David, “I did what the vendor told me to do – soaked it in water for over a day, and cooked it the way I would cook normal fish.
