People brought from Bihar & paid Rs 250 to attend PM's Ghazipur rally: Mayawati

PM Narendra Modi's Ghazipur rally was a flop show, people were brought in from Bihar to fill up seats, they were paid Rs 250/each, said BSP chief Mayawati.
