Two brothers have been arrested in the German city of Duisburg, suspected of planning a terror attack on a shopping centre in nearby Oberhausen. <br /><br /> The brothers, aged 28 and 31, reportedly originate from Kosovo. Police have not revealed if they are German citizens. <br /><br /> It is unclear if the plot or the arrests were connected to Monday’s attack on a Christmas market in Berlin.<br />
