The message roughly translates to: Infinite Fun with Sega Enterprises, Picture by Mazin. <br /> <br />To access this message: <br /> <br />Press Down, Down, Down, Left, Right, A on the Title Screen to get to the Sound Test. <br />FM 46, PCM 12, DA 25 and then push Start. <br />You should be presented with this screen, hit Start to exit. <br /> <br />Note that it does not loop correctly on emulators due to the fade-out and the fact Sega CD emulators do not support it properly, for some whatever reason. <br /> <br />The music played is the boss music regardless of where you are.
