<p>A Lufthansa flight coming in to land at Dublin Airport on December 23 had to abandon one run and come back for another.</p><br /><p>Video recorded by Dubliner Ger Fenton shows the jumbo jet struggle with the strong winds, due to Storm Barbara.</p><p>Met Eireann had warned earlier in the day that strong wind and rain were likely to begin hitting Ireland on Friday.</p><br /><p>It warned on its website</a> to expect severe gusts between 100 and 120 kilometers per hour in coastal regions and the high ground of Donegal, Galway and Mayo.</p><br /><p>It predicted gusts between 90 and 110 kilometers per hour in the rest of the country.
