<br /> <p>A number of vehicles were involved in a pile-up on the A40 near Witney on December 28, caused in part by foggy conditions.</p><p>Video captured by Geoffrey Ashcroft shows a car slamming into the back of a stationary vehicle.</p><br /><p>According to reports</a>, at least one person was killed.</p><br /><p>Six cars were seriously damaged in the crash, and up to 15 others were also involved.</p><br /><p>A spokesperson for Thames Valley Police said that “officers are at the scene along with the fire and rescue services.
