Syrian rebels ‘not told’ about Turkey-Russia brokered ceasefire

Turkey and Russia have reportedly agreed on a nationwide ceasefire in Syria.<br />But the Syrian National Coalition, which represents opposition groups, says it has not yet received information regarding the ceasefire.<br />
