This tune is the precursor to everything that I do now. In 1991 Teri and I moved to Nashville where I was living before I met her in Orlando Florida. That year I started my quest to have my own in home recording studio and to hopefully learn more about song writing. I soon met Bill McDuffee, who would become my song writing partner. That same year I recorded around 10 songs that Bill and I wrote together. Rock n Roll Heart is one of those songs. In those days all I had to record with was a multi track cassette machine. Yes I said cassette! When I listen to this song now, I'm amazed at how good it sounds considering the equipment I was using, or the lack there of.
