Drone footage has emerged showing the extent of flooding in the city of Pergamino, Argentina.<br /><br />The video, captured on Monday, shows a major road completely underwater, while residents struggle to get through the deep floodwater. <br /><br />According to local reports, the flooding forced thousands out of their homes, while New Year's festivities were cancelled city-wide.
