Amnesty calls for accountability in weapons flow to Shia militias

Amnesty International says the flow of weapons into Iraq is fueling war crimes by Shia Muslim militias - who are backed by the Iraqi government.<br /><br />Amnesty has also accused the militias of committing human rights abuses.<br />
