SEOUL — The South Korean Ministry of Defense is reportedly creating a hit squad with the sole purpose of taking out North Korean leadership — namely dictator Kim Jong Un and his crony generals — should war break out between the two nations. <br /> <br />Known as the “decapitation unit”, they would sneak into the North during the “event of war” and then begin to target the DPRK’s “wartime command”, reported CNN. <br /> <br />The unit would be part of a “kill chain” operation. If war happens, this would see Seoul deploy anti-missile defences and a “pre-emptive military strike” against Pyongyang, the International Business Times reported, citing a South Korean official.
