Iraqi army retakes 70 percent of eastern Mosul from ISIL

The Iraqi army says it has retaken 70 percent of Eastern Mosul from Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant.<br /><br />It's been fighting to push the armed group out since mid-October.<br /><br />Al Jazeera’s Caroline Malone reports.
