An amusing video has emerged of two British tourists riding lilos down a flooded street in Thailand.<br /><br />The footage, shot by passerby Prapod Julrot, 38, on Ko Samui island on Thursday, shows the two men floating in the stream of brown floodwater in front of stunned locals. <br /><br />"Foreigners can still have fun even in the rain," Julrot said. <br /><br />''They looked like they were having a lot of fun.
