<br /> <p>Mexico’s Colima volcano continued to erupt on Monday, January 9, the latest in a series of eruptions.</p><p>The latest activity at the volcano started on January 7</a>, when ash and smoke dusted surrounding towns and led to the closure of a nearby airport.</p><br /><p>Colima’s Civil Protection Agency</a> reported that a pyroclastic flow, a dense cloud of hot ash and gas, was expected as a result of the blast and warned of falling ash in nearby towns.</p><br /><p>This video shows the eruptions on January 9.
