INGREDIENTS <br />4 tbsp butter <br />1 tbsp of thyme <br />1 cs of rosemary <br />300g of shrimp, peeled and deveined <br />3 tablespoons flour <br />750ml of warm milk <br />½ onion, chopped <br />1 cup of parsley <br />½ cup green onions <br />Salt, according to your taste <br />Pepper, according to your taste <br />1 tablespoon nutmeg <br />½ lime, pressed <br />300g of cooked pasta <br />PREPARATION <br />1. In a large saucepan, melt the butter and add the thyme and rosemary. Mix. <br />2. Add the shrimp and cook for 3 minutes. Take them out of the pan and set them aside. <br />3. Incorporate flour and mix until lightly browned. <br />4. Slowly pour the warm milk while mixing. <br />5. Add the chopped onions, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Cook for 5 minutes. <br />6. Add fresh parsley and chopped onions. Mix with a blender. <br />7. Bake until the sauce bubbles, then turn off the heat. Add lime juice and shrimp. <br />8.
