The Free Tibet supporters around me shouted,<br />“Hey Police! That’s an offence in the act. Arrest her!”<br />The police pretended not having seen anything.<br /><br />Had I not been in our protesting activities, I would have become out of control and jumped on the Chinese, but we just controlled ourselves according to our rule of nonviolence.<br /><br />A Chinese knocked off the sign, which M prepared using a full day.<br />Before M tried to pick it up, the Chinese tramped it.<br />“What do you think you are doing? Stop him.” we shouted to a policeman standing just a few steps away, in vain.<br /><br />Here and there, in every corner of town, we saw protesting activities.<br />The town was filled with fights and furores.
