Two astronauts, from the US and France, have taken a long spacewalk to help keep the solar power system functioning on the International Space Station.<br /><br /> For the French astronaut, Thomas Pesquet, this was his first spacewalk.<br /><br /> The American Shane Kimbrough was making his second outing this month.<br /><br /> The changing of the aging batteries on the ISS is part of a programme to keep the station going until at least 2024.<br />
