With winter now in full-swing and temperatures well below zero, thousands of migrants and refugees continue to live on the streets of Belgrade.<br /><br />Trapped in Serbia since the borders closed in March last year, around 2-thousand migrants and refugees, mostly from Afghanistan and Pakistan, shelter in derelict buildings and attempt to keep warm by pouring hot water over their bodies from cups.<br /><br />The temperature in Belgrade in the last few days has dipped as low as -11 degrees C and has been continuously freezing for several days in a row.
