Learn how to make Multigrain Burger Bun at home as our Chef Upasana brings this simple, quick and healthy recipe on Rajshri Food. <br /> <br />Whole grain multigrain breads contain a dietary fibre content of up to four times greater than white breads and more vitamins and protein compared to white bread. Multigrain breads also provide complex carbohydrates. <br /> <br />Ingredients <br />125gms of Maida <br />50gms of Whole wheat flour <br />50gms of Naachni flour(Ragi) <br />15gms of Bajra flour <br />10gms of Ground Instant Oats <br />2.5gms of instant dry yeast <br />10gms of Sugar <br />2tbsp of Milk <br />10gms of butter <br />Salt <br />Milk <br />Sesame seeds <br /> <br />Method <br />Mix all the flours into a glass bowl. After mixing it properly transfer it on to a clean wooden surface and make a small well in the middle and add the yeast, sugar, Milk and 130ml of lukewarm water and quickly mix it together and knead it for 5-7 mins. <br /> <br />Once the dough comes together add 10gms of butter and 1tbsp of salt and again knead the dough for 5-7 mins. <br /> <br />In a bowl put some oil and spread it and keep the dough inside the bowl and apply some oil and cover it with a damp kitchen towel and keep it aside for around 45mins. <br /> <br />Take the dough out of the bowl and knead it on the wooden surface for around 1 min and roll the dough into a log and cut it into 6 equal portions and make small round balls. <br /> <br />Place the dough balls onto a slightly greased baking tray away from each other and keep them aside for another 15 mins. <br /> <br />Brush the dough balls with some milk and sprinkle some sesame seeds over it. <br /> <br />Place the buns in a pre heated oven at 230 degrees and bake them for around 10-12 mins. <br /> <br />The soft and nutritious buns are ready, now brush the top with some butter.
