An underwater video has emerged from Thailand of a sea snake eating a moray eel.<br /><br />The filmer, a dive instructor, said he first caught sight of the snake (a banded sea krait) and then noticed the eel lying dead in front of it and started filming.<br /><br />The video was filmed off the Phi Phi islands earlier this week at a dive site called Turtle Rock.<br /><br />Banded sea kraits have a very potent venom which they use to prey on eels and small fish. <br /><br />The snakes are not aggressive to humans and only attack in self-defence.
