Footage has emerged from China of a child being thrown from a car as it sinks into a lake and caught by a passerby helping to rescue to occupants of the stricken vehicle. <br /><br />The video, filmed in Changde in Hunan Province on Saturday, shows the man standing on the sinking car with a child in his arms as the rest of the family climb out the windows to save themselves. <br /><br />According to local reports, the family were driving back from Lunar New Celebrations when they crashed into the lake. <br /><br />Fortunately, they all managed to escaped before the vehicle sank.
