President Donald Trump is set to reveal his highly anticipate Supreme Court nominee Tuesday evening. A Trump aide said that the president chose the evening to draw a larger audience than he would receive during the day. A seat has been left vacant since the death of Justice Antonin Scalia. President Barack Obama nominated Merrick Garland, but the Republican majority prevented his confirmation. Trump said in a 60 Minutes interview that he plans to appoint an anti-abortion rights justice.
