It is a quick and easy recipe where chicken keema and potatoes are mixed with lot of spices and fried well. <br /> <br />Ingredients <br /> <br />250 gms chicken keema <br />3-4 boiled potatoes <br />1 tbsp chopped ginger <br />1 tbsp chopped garlic <br />2 chopped green chillies <br />3-4 Suckle(lavang) <br />1 tbsp coriander powder <br />1 tbsp jeera powder <br />1/2 tbsp garam masala <br />Coriander leaves <br />Salt <br />1 egg <br />Oil <br />Rice flakes <br /> <br />Method <br />In a bowl add 250 gms chicken keema, 3-4 boiled potatoes, 1 tbsp chopped ginger, 1 tbsp chopped garlic, 2 chopped green chillies, 3-4 lavang, 1 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tbsp jeera powder, 1/2 tbsp garam masala, coriander leaves, salt, 1 egg and mix it well. <br /> <br />Prepare the patties of the mixture and cover it with rice flakes. <br /> <br />Fry the patties in oil till it turns brown. <br /> <br />Hot and crispy Chicken Keema Cutlets are ready to be served!
