But in 2014, a population was discovered nearly 250 miles away. Florida Atlantic University teamed up with the Lukuru Foundation TL2 Project to become the first organization</a> to film the Dryas monkeys in their newly discovered habitat</a>. Studying them may take some time, since their scarcity and dense, high-up jungle habitat makes tracking them difficult.
