Shocking footage of an alleged drug driver ramming a police car in northern China. <br /><br />The video, filmed in Jixi, Heilongjiang Province on January, shows the blue car crashing into the officers several times.<br /><br />The driver then gets out of the car and bangs on the police vehicle's windows. <br /><br />She was eventually arrested.
