It celebrates love mainly between couples and friends. <br />So add some romance to your Valentine's Day menu with this recipe where the strawberries are dipped in different types of chocolate and garnished with many sprinklers. <br />Do try this at home and share your experience with us. <br /> <br />Ingredients <br />12 Strawberries <br />Chocolate bars (dark chocolate, milk chocolate and white chocolate) <br />Colourful sprinkles <br />Chopped roasted almonds <br />Dark chocolate chips <br />Silver pearls <br /> <br />Method <br />In a microwaveable glass chop the chocolate bars and microwave for 50 seconds. Whisk it if there are any lumps. <br /> <br />Take 2 piping bags and fill them with melted white chocolate and dark chocolate. This can be used for garnishing. <br /> <br />Pierce a small fork in the strawberry and dip it into the chocolate, lift and twist slightly, letting any excess chocolate fall back into the bowl. <br /> <br />Place it on a tray, and repeat with the rest of the strawberries. <br /> <br />Garnish the strawberries with colourful sprinkles, chopped roasted almonds, dark chocolate chips, silver pearls. <br /> <br />Keep the tray in the freezer for 5 mins until the chocolate sets. <br /> <br />The Valentine's Day Special Chocolate Strawberries are ready to be served!
