Dramatic footage has emerged from China of a foot massage parlour engulfed in flames. <br /><br />The video, captured in Taizhou, Zhejiang Province on Sunday, shows huge flames coming out of the building as firefighting crews try to extinguish the blaze. <br /><br />According to reports, at least 18 people perished in the fire while many were injured.
