<br /> <p>These commuters had a rough Monday morning all because of a tow truck.</p><p>Mike Chiverton was with a friend travelling in London when he noticed this tow truck driver causing problems at a crosswalk. The truck was towing a small van and pedestrians who weren’t paying attention paid the price. The rope attaching the tow truck and the van caused unsuspecting commuters to trip and fall.
