Manila: Thousands left homeless as fire ravages slum

Thousands of people have been left homeless after a massive fire swept through a slum in the Philippines.<br />The blaze destroyed 1,200 makeshift homes in the capital, Manila.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Gerald Tan reports.<br />
