Trump vows to be 'ruthless' in fight against drug trafficking

President Trump decried violence he claims plagues American cities in a speech to law enforcement officials in Washington, D.C., Feb. 8. He vowed to have their backs in fighting crime, illegal immigration and drug trafficking.
