<br /> <p>A man in Australia’s Byron Bay got lucky twice on December 6, 2016, narrowly avoiding getting struck by lightning, and managing to capture the whole thing on video.</p><p>Kris Owens, from Scotland, was traveling in Australia and, while walking home from a gig at around 2 am, got caught out in a storm</a>. In this video, Owens can be seen recording his walk home when a bolt of lighting appears to strike right over his shoulder.</p><br /><p>Lightning and localized flooding were reported across New South Wales, and, according to reports</a>, a man died and several others were rescued after a lightning strike in the north east.
