India's judicial authority recently banned the use of all disposable plastic in New Delhi, but the ban has yet to show any visible impact. <br /> <br />The ban was implemented after complaints of illegal mass burnings of waste and plastic at New Delhi's three dumping sites, but more than a month later, the streets of Delhi look the same. <br /> <br />Most vendors say they didn’t even know about the new ban, while others say they have no alternatives.
