Philippines: Shanty town fire leaves thousands homeless

Up to 15,000 people remain homeless after a fire swept through a shanty town in the Philippine capital Manila on Tuesday.<br />The cause of the fire is still being investigated.<br /><br />Al Jazeera’s Jamela Alindogan reports from Manila.<br />
