<br /> <p>Luxury cruise ship Seabourn Encore collided with another vessel, the Milburn Carrier II, on February 12 in the port of Timaru, New Zealand.</p><p>Radio New Zealand</a> quoting harbour master Jim Dilley reported “there were mooring issues with the ship and a strong southerly wind blew it away from the wharf.” Another report from New Zealand Herald</a> quotes a witness as saying “wind strengthened and up to four of the ship’s mooring lines broke.” Both ships sustained damage.</p><br /><p>An inquiry has been launched by two investigators from the Transport Accident Commission.</p><br /><p>None of the the more than 600 passengers and crew</a> on board were injured.
