Creamy and tasty, this dish is an absolute treat for your taste buds. <br /> <br />Ingredients <br />200g paneer, cubed <br />2 green chillies,roughly chopped <br />Onion paste (1 onion, 5 garlic cloves, 1 inch piece of ginger ground to paste) <br />1 tsp coriander-cumin seed powder <br />1/4 tsp turmeric powder <br />1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder <br />1 tsp kasuri methi <br />3 raw tomatoes, pureed <br />1 tbsp fresh cream <br />2 tbsp oil <br />Water <br /> <br />Method <br />In a pan heat 2 tbsp oil, add 2 green chillies, onion paste and cook until the paste turns brown. <br /> <br />Add 1 tsp coriander and cumin seed powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp kasoori methi, coriander leaves, tomato puree and cook it on slow flame until it is dried nicely. <br /> <br />Add 1 tbsp of cream and mix it well. <br /> <br />Add 1 cup paneer, some water, salt as required, give it a mix and allow it to cook for 2 mins. <br /> <br />Garnish it with some coriander leaves and 1 cube of butter <br /> <br />Spicy and delicious Dhaba Style Paneer is ready to be served!
